Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Free shipping is available for orders over $199

 

Customs & Import Fees (For International Orders)

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

 

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

• Due to hygiene reasons, used or opened lash trays cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
