Ordering & Payment

• All orders must be placed through our website or official sales channels.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Used or opened lash trays and adhesives are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

 

Cancellations & Order Changes

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
